Epicurean of Minnesota, USA, was born out of a company making eco-friendly skateboard parks. They found that the material used for the ramps was so durable that it could also be used to make cutting boards. Today, Epicurean manufactures cutting boards which represent a significant improvement over polypropylene, glass and ordinary wood cutting boards.

The paper composite material used for the cutting boards is sustainable and sourced from trees felled according to North American guidelines for forest conservation.

Epicurean cutting boards feature all the best properties that a cutting board should have. The board withstands such high temperatures that it can also be used as a trivet.
