Use of personal data
Personal data is never disclosed to any third party. We never collect personal information unless you yourself have provided this information on registration, when making a purchase or when participating in a survey, etc. In such cases, information concerning name, address, postcode and e-mail is collected. Personal information is used to complete the purchase or service on which the collection of information is based.

If you wish to have access to data registered about you at F&H A/S, please contact us at or on tel.: (+45) 8928 1348. If incorrect data has been registered, or you have other objections, please contact us in the same way. You will then be able to view the information about you that has been registered and you can make an objection against a particular registration pursuant to the provisions of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data.

Protection of personal information
Pursuant to the provisions of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, personal data must be stored in a secure and confidential way. We save your personal information on computers with restricted access. These computers are located in controlled facilities, in addition to which our security measures are continually checked to determine whether our user information is being handled properly, while at all times being subject to consideration of your rights as a user. We are unable, however, to guarantee 100 percent security when transferring data via the Internet. This means that there is a risk that unauthorised persons may be able to forcefully obtain access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. You are thus responsible for your own submission of any personal data. The personal data is stored for as long as necessary in order to provide good service. The rapid development of the Internet means that revisions to our processing of personal information may be necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and revise these guidelines with regard to the processing of personal information. If we do this, then we will of course correct the “last updated” date at the bottom of the page. In the event of significant revisions, we will provide notice of this in the form of a visible notification on our websites. In the event that personal information about you is processed, pursuant to the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data you are entitled to receive notice concerning any personal information that can be attributed to you. In the event that the information or data about you that is processed proves to be incorrect or misleading, you are entitled to demand that this information or data be rectified, deleted or blocked. You can at any time make an objection to information about you being subject to processing. In addition, you can at any time retract your consent. You can also make a complaint with regard to the processing of information and data about you. Complaints should be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency, cf. section 58(1) of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data.
